Licensed OneRADON Cloud users can also use this Quick Service Portal to request a RMA.
Service Notice: All our calibration and service RMA's include a NRPP/NRSB compliant calibration and calibration certificate as well as any necessary repairs as determined by SunRADON's service team. There is no additional service fee for repairs.

How to Update to 1028-XP Firmware 1.2.4?
- Open OneRADON Windows (upgrade to 2.3.10 required)
- Choose the "Support" menu and click on "Firmware Updates"
- Choose to Update to "Latest Released Firmware"
- The Firmware updater will download the appropriate files and launch automatically
- Follow on screen directions to complete Firmware Update (...power off monitor, plug back in)
