Key Account Sales Representative
   

If your passion is selling innovative new products to consumers and businesses alike, developing and growing new customer accounts, nurturing leads to convert them to satisfied, repeat customers, and enjoy working in a dynamic, small tech company environment, we would love for you to join our team. 

As key account sales representative for new products your responsibility is identifying and developing new customer accounts and expand relationships with existing customers to increase year-over-year sales. You  will be responsible for the sale of our market leading hardware and software products and services from beginning to end. As the key interface of our company to our customers you will oversee ensuring our new and prospective customer's needs and expectations are met while exceeding your sales goals. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of our industry, the competitive landscape, and our customers’ needs and wants to develop effective and repeatable sales strategies

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new customers by reaching out and developing leads

  • Work with existing key customers to increase year-over-year sales as well as expanding business engagement.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge about SunRADON’s products and services to be able to concisely articulate and explain their features and benefits to existing and prospective customers

  • Assist in targeted sales initiatives, including calling campaigns, attend symposiums and other industry events.

  • Escalate customer issues and needs to our internal teams to resolve customer concerns before they become an impediment to the business.

  • Collect and maintain accurate customer information to assure data integrity and proper ERP/CRM functions.

  • Proactively collect and communicate pertinent information that help us making strategic business decisions including but not limited to product gaps and needs, market and industry trends. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

  • Bachelor’s degree (desired but not required)

  • 2+ years of sales experience in B2B and/or B2C

  • Demonstrable evidence of success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Verifiable success in cracking into new markets and launching new products

  • Experience selling technically advanced hardware and software products and services is desired

  • Additional certifications and other professional development experiences are welcome

  • Well-developed customer service and people skills, maintaining a positive attitude and motivation

  • Able to communicate by phone, e-mail, or chat effectively and professionally

  • Prospecting, persuasion, negotiations, and closing skills

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and sales quotas

  • Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale

  • Able to travel 3-4 times per year to symposiums and selected industry and customer events
